Match Abandonment
If a match is abandoned before the minimum overs threshold, all pre-match bets on that match are voided and all stakes are returned to your Gold365 account balance in full. Live in-play bets that were settled before abandonment remain as settled.
Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) Method
If a match result is determined using the DLS method due to weather interruption, the DLS result is the official result for all match winner, innings total, and team score markets. Gold365 follows the official match result declared by the governing cricket board.
Top Batsman Market
The top batsman market is settled on the player who scores the most runs in the specified innings. In case of a tie, the player who batted first in the batting order wins the market. If the nominated player does not bat due to team decisions or injury before facing a ball, bets on that player are voided.
Top Wicket-Taker Market
Settled on the bowler who takes the most wickets in the specified innings. Ties are decided by the bowler who bowled fewer overs. Wickets taken via no-balls are not counted. Run-outs do not count toward any bowler’s wicket tally.
Total Runs Over/Under Markets
Total run markets are settled on the actual runs scored in the specified period (full match, specific innings, or powerplay overs). Extras including wide balls and no-balls are included in total run counts. Penalty runs awarded by the umpire are also included.
Toss Winner Market
Toss winner markets are settled immediately after the coin toss result is officially announced. The official toss result as announced by the on-field umpire is final. Match cancellation after the toss has no effect on settled toss winner bets.
Player Injury During Match
Player-specific markets remain valid if a player gets injured during a match. The bet is settled based on the player’s actual performance up to the point of injury. If a player is injured before the match starts and does not take part at all, bets on that specific player are voided and stakes returned.

👤 7. Account Rules
One Account Per Person
