Gold365 Terms and Conditions – Complete User Agreement 2026

Binding Agreement

Clicking “Register”, “Get ID”, or any equivalent registration action constitutes your full, informed, and voluntary acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Rules and Regulations.

Continued Use = Continued Agreement

If Gold365 updates these terms at any time, your continued use of the platform after the update date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes via WhatsApp or platform notification.

Language

These Terms are written in English and are the authoritative version. Any translations provided for convenience do not supersede the English original in the event of a dispute.

Identity Verification

Gold365 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Users who fail to provide valid identity proof when requested may have their account suspended and withdrawals held until verification is complete.

Geographic Restrictions

Users from states where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law are responsible for ensuring they comply with their local regulations before registering. Gold365 is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from a user’s non-compliance with local laws.

One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Gold365 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different phone numbers, devices, or identity details — to exploit bonuses or manipulate the system is a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate permanent suspension of all linked accounts.

Accurate Information Requirement

All information provided during account registration must be accurate, current, and truthful. Providing false details — including false name, age, or contact information — is prohibited and results in account termination.

Account Security

• Never share your password with anyone — including people claiming to be Gold365 staff
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use elsewhere
• Log out of shared devices after every session
• Report any suspicious account activity to support immediately
• Gold365 is not liable for losses caused by your failure to secure your account

Account Dormancy

Accounts that remain inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Gold365 reserves the right to charge a small monthly maintenance fee on dormant accounts after proper notification to the account holder.

Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds that you legally own. Depositing money from borrowed sources, credit cards, or third-party accounts is strictly prohibited. Gold365 reserves the right to suspend accounts and reverse transactions suspected of being funded from illegitimate sources.

Currency

All accounts operate in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specifically noted for crypto transactions. Gold365 is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

Failed Deposits

If a deposit appears to fail but the amount has been debited from your account, do not attempt to deposit again immediately. Contact support on WhatsApp with your payment screenshot — our team will verify and credit your balance manually within minutes.

Withdrawal Speed

Standard UPI withdrawals are processed within 2 minutes of request confirmation. Bank transfer withdrawals complete within 2–5 minutes. Crypto withdrawals complete within 10–30 minutes depending on network congestion.

Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount via UPI is ₹200. For bank transfers, the minimum is ₹500. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.

Verification for First Withdrawal

First-time withdrawal requests may require identity verification including a selfie or mobile OTP confirmation. This is a one-time security measure designed to protect your account from unauthorized withdrawals. Subsequent withdrawals process without additional verification.

Withdrawal to Your Own Account Only

Withdrawals can only be processed to payment methods registered in your name. Gold365 does not process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances. Attempting to withdraw to an account that is not yours will result in the request being declined and the account flagged for review.

Withdrawal Holds

Gold365 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these terms. Users will be notified and given an opportunity to provide clarification within 48 hours.

Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted at the discretion of Gold365. Bets are confirmed only when you receive an explicit confirmation message. Bets placed but not confirmed due to technical issues or odds unavailability are not valid.

Match Abandonment or Cancellation

If a match is abandoned, cancelled, or not completed within 48 hours of its scheduled start time due to weather, ground conditions, or any other reason, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned in full to the bettor’s account.

Live Betting Disconnection

Gold365 is not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection during live betting. If your connection drops mid-bet, the bet remains live and valid. It is your responsibility to maintain stable connectivity during live sessions.

Palpable Errors

If odds are published due to a clear technical or human error (palpable error), Gold365 reserves the right to void bets placed at those erroneous odds and settle them at the correct market price. Users will be notified of any such corrections immediately.

Maximum Payout Limits

Per-event and per-day payout limits apply on Gold365. These limits vary by market type and account level. Users with premium accounts may request higher limits through the support team. Winnings exceeding standard limits will be reviewed before processing.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds can be converted to real funds and withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each individual offer. Failing to meet requirements within the stated timeframe results in automatic bonus expiry.

One Bonus Per Account / Device / IP

Welcome bonuses and new player promotions are available to one account per person, per household, and per IP address. Attempts to claim new player bonuses multiple times through different accounts constitute bonus abuse and result in suspension.

Gold365 Promo Codes

Gold365 promo codes must be applied at the time of the specific eligible deposit or registration. Promo codes cannot be retroactively applied after a transaction is complete. Each promo code has an expiry date stated in the offer.

Referral Bonus Program

The Gold365 referral bonus program rewards users who invite friends to the platform. Referral bonuses are credited after the referred friend completes their first qualifying deposit and bet. Self-referrals or referral abuse results in permanent disqualification from the program.

Gold365 Right to Modify or Cancel Promotions

Gold365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without notice. Ongoing promotions will be honoured but Gold365 is under no obligation to continue a promotion beyond the stated end date.

Gambling Is Entertainment

Betting on Gold365 is intended as entertainment. It is never a reliable way to generate income. Never bet money you cannot afford to lose. If you find yourself betting to recover losses or betting with money meant for essential expenses, seek help immediately.

Self-Exclusion Requests

Any user who wishes to self-exclude from Gold365 can request immediate account closure by contacting our WhatsApp support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and the account cannot be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period.

Minor Protection

Gold365 takes all reasonable steps to prevent minors from accessing our platform. We urge parents and guardians to use parental control software if their children have access to devices that are used to access Gold365.

Gold365 Ownership

All content on the Gold365 platform — including but not limited to the Gold365 name, logo, website design, mobile app, written content, graphics, odds data, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of Gold365. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any Gold365 content is strictly prohibited.

User-Generated Content

Any content submitted by users to Gold365 — such as support messages, feedback, or reviews — grants Gold365 a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content for platform improvement and marketing purposes.

Platform Availability

Gold365 strives for maximum platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, emergency fixes, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary outages. Gold365 is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime.

Maximum Liability Cap

In any circumstances where Gold365 is found liable, our maximum liability to any individual user is capped at the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Third-Party Services

Gold365 uses third-party payment processors, odds providers, and streaming services. Gold365 is not liable for failures, delays, or errors caused by these third-party services.

Data Security

Gold365 implements industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, secure payment gateways, and access controls to protect your personal and financial data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

Cookie Policy

Gold365 uses cookies to enhance your browsing experience, remember your preferences, and analyze platform usage. By continuing to use our platform, you consent to our use of cookies as described in our Privacy Policy.

Termination by User

You may close your Gold365 account at any time by contacting our support team on WhatsApp. Any remaining balance will be processed as a withdrawal to your registered payment method within 5 business days after account closure confirmation.

Termination by Gold365

Gold365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion if it believes the account holder has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. Users will be notified and given 48 hours to respond before final termination, except in cases of serious fraud where immediate suspension is necessary.

Post-Termination Obligations

Sections relating to intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution survive account termination and remain binding on both parties.

Notification of Changes

Material changes to these terms will be communicated to registered users via WhatsApp notification or a prominent notice on the platform homepage at least 7 days before the changes take effect — except where immediate implementation is required by law.

Your Choices

If you do not agree with updated terms, you have the right to close your account before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the Gold365 support process will be subject to binding arbitration.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Rules and Regulations, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gold365 regarding the use of this platform.
